Kate is the “brains” of the operation in charge of buying, display, windows and merchandising .
Pre Black Orchid she worked for Monsoon and East and has a degree in textile design .
Craig does the other stuff … and is by and large, purely decorative. Before Black Orchid he was a primary school teacher in London and has a slightly less useful degree in Theology.
